Our venue can be hired from 6pm until 11pm. Hourly rate £85 with a minimum booking of 3 hours.

Florals & Finishing Touches

  • Hand written boards trimmed with foliage £35.00 – Personalise the spaces with your names and sentiments on our chalk boards.
  • Hand written place names £2.00 each – Written on thick Kraft card and placed on your guest tables.
  • Bar flowers £70.00 each – Our bar is a focal point, create added drama with flowers to dress
  • Dressed loft bannister – £150.00 (a dramatic touch to wow your guests as they head upstairs to dine).
  • Bud vases x 10 on the long trestle dining tables – £130.00
  • Table dressings for loft. Priced after discussion with couple.

Drinks packages can be arranged.

We throw a great party. Special birthdays, private dining, baby showers, wedding showers, hen and stag parties, Christmas parties, work parties, naming ceremonies & more.

You can hire two floors or for smaller gatherings just the one. The venue may be hired from 6pm until 11pm or for a little extra you can linger longer until 1am.

What's Included?

The room will be set with tables and chairs to suit your event.  Candles and tea lights will be used to dress the rooms.  Flowers may be added at an extra cost.

House Rules for Parties

For hourly rate bookings all set up and take down must happen within the hours you have booked

Caterers must arrange with the venue a suitable time to collect any equipment.

There is a minimum booking time of 3 hours

Entering & leaving the building

The venue is just off a residential area so we ask that you’re considerate in the evening when entering and leaving the building.

Alcohol

It is not permitted for your guests to bring their own drinks to the venue.

Anyone found to have brought drinks into the building that were not purchased at our bar will be asked to leave.

Confetti

Our in-house rose petal confetti may be thrown inside the venue but confetti cannons and other paper confetti are not permitted.

It's worth remembering

There are 2 flights of stairs across the venue so people with mobility problems may find this difficult.  We hate to say this but the venue is not suitable for young children.

We have limited outdoor space for photographs however there are so many lovely areas inside which make the perfect spot to capture special moments. The Workshop and Loft are super photogenic so any capture is going to be great.  If you are keen to have outdoor photos and you fancy a dash across Huddersfield Road, the grounds of St Paul’s Church are leafy and green.
